Shipping Methods and Costs

If your order has multiple items and/or includes gift cards, they may be shipped from multiple locations and/or arrive in different packages on different dates, there are no additional charges for split shipments.

Shipping and handling charges are based on your chosen method of shipment and are non-refundable, even in the event of a return. Please see the chart below for shipping costs by various freighting companies and estimated delivery times within Papua New Guinea from Port Moresby. Packaging and dispatching will take 3 days. Orders will be expected to arrive within 4-7 business days.

• FedEx Service

• For FedEx a basic consignment fee of PGK 70 will be charged on goods less than 5kg
• DHL standard consignment fee of PGK82 will be charged on all goods.

Additional Shipping Charges

Additional shipping charges may apply to some items because of size, weight, or special handling that is required to make sure your order reaches you safely. If your item has an additional shipping charge, it will appear in the description area of the item on the product page.
